Please review our cancellation terms before confirming your booking at Utpala House.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% of the total booking amount will be charged if the reservation is cancelled within 15 days of the check-in date.
- In case of early check-out or premature departure, 100% of the charges for the unused nights will be forfeited.
- Eligible refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Bank charges, transaction fees, or gateway charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Booking & Payment (for context)
- All reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
- Guests are required to deposit 100% of the total booking amount at check-in.
Alternative Accommodation / Force Majeure
- In rare cases where the hotel is unable to provide the confirmed accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, government restrictions, technical issues, etc.), the hotel will offer either an alternative accommodation of similar standard, or a full refund of the booking amount.
